- If we think we can help with the project you have in mind, Greg will come take a look at the building, and make a preliminary assessment of how much work your budget will cover.
- If you do not already have plans or designs prepared, we would be glad to help you develop your vision. We have assembled a team of our favorite engineers, architects, and kitchen designers available to make sure there is a solid plan in place before the construction begins. We will also review your plans for building code and zoning compliance.
- When the design phase is complete, we will develop a contract with you for your project. Our construction contract is compliant with Massachusetts’ Home Improvement Contractor law, which is designed to protect the interests of homeowners. We aim for everyone to understand each other thoroughly through this important document.
- Once construction begins, we will keep in close contact with you about the job. Working on old houses can be a delightful source of surprises, and it takes good humor and close communication to make sure things go smoothly. If changes to our contract are necessary, they will always be in writing, and no extra costs will be incurred without your authorization.
- On completion, we will be sure all details are completed promptly. We ask you to complete a satisfaction survey, so that we can continually improve our services.
- If you are happy with our work, we hope you will refer us to others, and hire us again for future work on your home. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and personal referrals.
